NOVOS Boost

Adults—take 2 capsules per day, 1 to 2 times daily, along with a glass of water. As a minimum dose, we advise to take between 250 mg and 500 per day (2-4 capsules) on a regular basis.

However, given that this is a very critical period in the development of your child, and given that there could be unknown unknowns, we recommend that you err on the side of caution. That is, we advise against taking NOVOS while pregnant (and while breastfeeding).

Short answer: no. No refrigeration needed. Storing at room temperature in a cool, dry environment is perfect for NOVOS Core.
